Scope and contracting party

These conditions apply to orders of jewellery via www.casalya.ch. The contracting party is Caliste GmbH, Im Duxer 12, 9494 Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein, operator of the CASALYA brand.

Product presentation

Images show the pieces as accurately as possible. As these are hand-finished pieces and screens render colour differently, slight deviations are possible. Material, stone and measurement details appear on each product page.

Ordering process and conclusion of contract

You add pieces to the shopping bag, choose the ring size and proceed to checkout. Before submitting you see items, sizes, quantities, prices, shipping, any taxes, the total, the delivery address and the payment method, and you can correct your entries. Submitting the order with payment obligation constitutes a binding offer.

The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email or with dispatch of the goods.

Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Standard shipping within Switzerland is complimentary. Any taxes or duties are shown in the checkout before you submit the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping, delivery and availability

CASALYA currently delivers within Switzerland only. Standard shipping within Switzerland is complimentary, with no minimum order value. Details are on the “Shipping & Delivery” page. If a piece is unavailable after an order is received, we inform you and refund any payment already made.

Incorrect details and cancellation

Please check the delivery address and ring size before submitting. Where details are obviously incorrect, in the event of obvious pricing errors or justified suspicion of abuse, we may cancel an order within the legally permitted scope and refund any payment made.

Returns and refunds

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to eligible distance purchases by consumers. The procedure, the start of the period, return of the goods and refunds are described on the “Returns & Refunds” page. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Defects and warranty

Please inspect the shipment on arrival and report damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods with photographs to support@casalya.ch. We review the case and remedy it in line with statutory requirements — by replacement, repair or refund.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. CASALYA currently does not provide an additional voluntary commercial guarantee.

Normal signs of wear and changes caused by improper handling or contact with chemicals, perfume or cosmetics are not defects. See “Jewellery Care” for guidance.

Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for personal injury and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The CASALYA brand, designs, images and texts are protected and may not be used commercially without our consent.

Data protection

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Applicable law, jurisdiction, severability

The law of Liechtenstein applies as the law of the seat of Caliste GmbH. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer is habitually resident are expressly reserved.

No exclusive place of jurisdiction is agreed; the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply, including mandatory consumer venues.

Should a provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
