CASALYA currently delivers within Switzerland only.
Shipping method and cost
Complimentary standard shipping within Switzerland. There is no minimum order value.
Orders are shipped with Swiss Post. The details applying to your order are shown at checkout before you complete it.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the atelier you receive a dispatch confirmation by email. If the chosen shipping method includes tracking, the details are in that email.
Taxes and charges
As we deliver within Switzerland only, no customs or import charges apply to you. All amounts applying to your order are shown at checkout before you complete it.
Loss, damage, incorrect address
Please check your delivery address before submitting the order. If a shipment does not arrive or arrives damaged, write to support@casalya.ch — we will clarify the case with the carrier.
